In 1995, the Henan Xinxiang County Food Machinery Factory became one of the first batch of pilot joint-stock enterprises designated by the government. After more than two years of trial operation, it was officially renamed "Henan Xinxiang Food Machinery Co., Ltd." on April 11, 1997.

In 1989, the company deepened its reform and strengthened its foundational work. It further subdivided its internal organizational structure and established the Production Management Department, the Sales and Operations Department, and the Administrative Services Department.
